After running the family repair business for years, Matthew started to look for what was next. He found the home inspection industry by a chance suggestion from a friend. He knew it was something he could do, as he was already adept at mechanical systems and had a background in home renovations. While getting his certification for licensing, he realized his wife would also make a fantastic home inspector. They talked it through and she signed up for her own certification classes shortly thereafter.
Getting here wasn't easy or always straight forward. Continuing only makes sense. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. We're dedicated to making your inspection simple and we're confident in our methodology. We take the social work approach in communicating with our people. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations.
