For several years there has been an organic substance in our home that my husband and daughter were highly allergic to. We have had three remediation companies come out, but they were unable to find the source. Preventive Inspections came out with a Thermal (Infrared) Imaging tool and location several places where high levels of moisture were behind the wall, along with several leaks in our roof. They went the extra mile and checked every nook and cranny of our home. Matt and Laura were professional and great to work with, and reasonably priced. When I began inquiring about a home inspection, Matthew was very quick to respond to my emails and answered all my questions. He and Laura were so friendly and professional during the inspection. They verbalized all of their findings and also provided an extremely easy-to-follow report that included pictures. They were so thorough and clearly took their time examining the house. Preventive Inspections came out to do the inspection of the home I am in the process of purchasing and did a wonderful job!
